Position : Intern – Programme Assistant – Women’s Participation in Leadership and Governance Systems UN
Duties and Responsibilities
With guidance and overall supervision from WiLG Programme Specialist, the Intern is predicted to undertake the next duties:
- Support the implementation of mission activities associated to the Women’s Leadership and Governance Program notably related to ladies leaders’ networking and capacity-building packages, (e.g. preparation of coaching, workshops or advocacy actions, drafting letters and different paperwork);
- Draft meeting minutes or some other related paperwork essential for managing data within the staff;
- Provide research assist in direction of the event of idea notes and program-related paperwork to the staff;

Required Skills and Experience
Education
- The intern must satisfy the below education requirements in the area of social science, development studies, gender/women studies, political science, law or other similar subjects at the university level.
- Having expertise on gender-related points is a plus.
The intern must satisfy no less than one of the following internship schooling requirements:
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate diploma programme (akin to a grasp’s programme, or larger);
- Be enrolled within the closing academic year of a primary college diploma programme (akin to a bachelor’s diploma or equal);
