Position 1: Water & Civil Works Engineer World Vision

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

  • B. Sc  Degree on Water Resources/ Hydraulic engineering and other related field of study

Required Professional Experience

  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in water resource improvement and different construction supervision
  • Preferred: Other NGO experience, construction and water supply schemes supervision
  • Experience in using word, excel and different pc abilities is an asset
  • Good computer skill minimal of Microsoft phrase and excel
  • Good report writing ability

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing, supervising and providing assist to employees and volunteers on the grass roots stage.

Position 2: Deputy Chief of Party

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 7years of senior-level management experience on donor-funded packages. Previous expertise with administration of USAID-funded packages is required.
  • Previous Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party, or senior administration expertise in 2 or more of the next specializations: public well being, GESI, , water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), personal sector WASH, and/or related subject in Ethiopia
  • Demonstrated robust understanding of USAID’s community- WASH/public health approaches and gender programming in Ethiopia.

Position 3: Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Director

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Minimum of Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Information Systems, or Development related subject
  • Familiarity with USAID’s Collaborating, Learning and Adaption (CLA) approach
  • 7 years of directly related expertise, including at the least 5 years USAID grant expertise
  • Report writing, analysis, monitoring and analysis abilities
  • Ability to design and handle assessments, baselines, and evaluations
  • Proven expertise in conducting analysis research, baseline and influence analysis surveys, ideally inside multi-sector approaches
